The Lodge is attached to the main house at the Green Lane side of the property. Parking for two cars is provided in a private parking area with steps down to the accommodation. This cottage is a two storey building, the largest of the three properties with ample room for five people and also with the benefit of a sofa bed in the lounge and a downstairs bathroom should more bedspace be needed. This cottage is really a home from home with all the space, facilities and equipment of a residential house. All the windows are doubleglazed, the bedrooms and lounge come with fitted carpets and full central heating is provided for year round comfort.


The main door opens into a hallway with entrances to the family bathroom and to the open plan lounge, dining area and newly fitted kitchen. It has ample comfortable seating, a 32inch flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Ipod docking station and Wi-Fi are also provided. A selection of games, books, puzzles and local information are available. From the lounge, French windows lead to the fully fenced garden and patio area with outdoor furniture, drying facility and barbeque.

The large kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher. The dining area has an extendable dining table and chairs that can seat 8 people. Additional table and chairs are available on request to allow large groups booking all the cottages to have one place where they can eat and relax together.


Doorway from lounge leads to the staircase to the second storey which consists of two en-suite bedrooms both of which are south facing and overlook the gardens.

Bedroom 1 has a zip & link king size bed which can be presented as twin beds on request. A large built in wardrobe /cupboard with hair dryer and built in mirror is provided along with a vanity unit and a 22 inch colour television with freeview and a DVD player. The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, hand basin and WC, heated towel rail and shaver point by the illuminated mirror.

Bedroom 2 has a super king size zip & link bed which can also be presented as twin beds and a single daybed that can be used as a third bed making this room ideal as a family room. The bedroom contains a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a 22inch colour television with freeview and a DVD player. The bathroom contains a large shower, hand basin and WC, heated towel rail and shaver point.

Washing machine is available by the main house for all guests to use free of charge. Iron and ironing board are also available on request.
